BUDDHA AND HIS MESSAGE. The method of liberation is considered to be a characteristic of Buddhism that is very different from that of other religions. While religions such as Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Zoroastrianism and Judaism advocate that: "Return to God and pray, devote yourself completely to Him, unite with Him." . Their moral foundation is based on the concept of God, they believe that if people cannot believe in God, they will not be able to lead a right and useful life. We know that thousands of followers of these religions have truly lived pure and holy lives. However, the strange thing is that that holy, selfless, pure life is also lived by thousands of Buddha's children.while He never asked them to worship any god as the first step towards their liberation. The Buddha taught people to rely on themselves, not to rely on any external savior. Nor did he ever promote himself as a mediator between us and our ultimate deliverance. However, He can tell us what to do because He has done it Himself and so He knows the way and the way very well. But, unless we do it ourselves, the Buddha cannot lead us to the goal of liberation. Although we may "take refuge in (take refuge) in the Buddha", this is the Buddhist vow made in simple rituals, promising ourselves to live a righteous life. Besides,It is not through any blind faith that He can save us. The Buddha can show us the way, he can tell us its difficulties as well as its beauties that we will see when we walk on that path, but he cannot walk for us. we can, but each of us has to really step on that path ourselves. This is not to say that we are left without any support in this difficult work, because in order to help us step on the way to our goal of liberation (ie Nirvana), the Buddha has sketch out the moral life that needs to be lived. Like an engineer who builds a road to the top of a craggy mountain. The Buddha too, he built a moral process, first of all, the five precepts (Panna sila) for lay people, that is: not killing, not stealing, not committing adultery,do not lie, do not drink alcohol and intoxicants. These are not the Buddha's commandments, to commit a sin, but they represent only preliminary ideals of a virtuous life that one should fervently accept, if one chooses to do so. Call yourself a Buddhist. He is not obliged to promise to the Buddha that he will not break the precepts, but only to himself, because the original "Panatipàtà etc.." means "I will obey the precept to abstain from killing intentionally." etc. Same goes for other genders. Each person, when repeating the training precepts is to honor himself, will do his best not to break the precepts. And what if they break the precepts? At that time, the only constructive way to repent was to promise to keep the precepts yourself. Indeed, the more repentance the better, day after day, month after month, and year after year until they overcome their low nature. We have to reach the goal by ourselves, make ourselves noble and pure, not the Buddha, not the gods, not any God can lead us to liberation. Thus, we see that the practice of an ethical lifestyle is the core and main point of Buddhism; Personality is the product of our daily, hourly actions, it can be said that these are our acts of kindness, generosity and selflessness in our daily lives. By performing righteous actions we become righteous, and we judge strength by human capacity to act. Similar to a musician, they're not the only ones who love music, but also someone who can combine and harmonize sounds in a way that brings enjoyment to the listener. Likewise, it is the quality of our actions that determines our conduct. According to Buddhism, in the mind of every sentient being there is a ray of enlightenment (wisdom). However, for ordinary people this wisdom has not yet developed into its power because of the weakness of greed, hatred and delusion. Each life is a stage in the spiritual journey from small to large, from less to more, and from delusion to enlightenment. Each person is the architect of his own destiny, we will reap in the future, maybe in this life or the next, what we are sowing today. Because of past powers that make us what we are today,We therefore have the same present capacity to create a happy and productive future for ourselves. In order to reach the final victory and perfect ourselves, we must necessarily defeat the three great inner enemies: greed, hatred, and delusion. To defeat these three enemies, each of us must live a generous life, extending compassion to all sentient beings and developing the ray of wisdom that becomes its most perfect power. Only when these three enemies are defeated, only when the final victory of liberation is achieved, will there be no more war, and then we will have a truly lasting peace and happiness.
